Our Services

Leadership

We’ll help you with every stage of an executive search, including organizational analysis, job description, creation of timeline, recruitment, applicant and interview management, and candidate communication. We also offer mentorship for new leaders, to set them up for success. We provide an experienced, kind, and confidential sounding board so leaders can work through problems without crossing boundaries with their staff or board.

Transitions

Change is hard and often lands in one of two categories. Sometimes a planned transition includes an unavoidable timing gap – we can hold the fort between the outgoing and incoming leadership. Other time, the situation is messier – we can come in, triage the problems and clear the path for a new permanent leader.

Assessment

We’ll review your org chart and interview your staff, to help you get the right people and skills in place. We’ll suggest improvements to your systems, which can free staff time to let them focus on mission, not busywork. And we’ll help you create a humane and satisfying workplace for all, so you keep your employees longer.
